职位描述：
岗位职责：

 1.Certified in specific processes with ability to learn and process the transactions on a day to day basis.

2.Responsible for completing the assigned work within the required TAT, Quantity and Quality

3.Follow up unresolved cases with corresponding counter-parts.

4.Escalate any unresolved issues to the Team leads in a timely fashion

5.Attend all training sessions and ensure that he/she is aware of the current updates in the process

6.Pass all refreshing qualifications

7.Maintain individual reports on productivity and quality on a daily basis

8.Provide direction and guidance to process executives

9.Adhere to Internal and External quality standards (transition accuracy, hold-release and QA, etc)

任职要求：

1.Degree Qualification： Diploma/Bachelor and majored in Japanese

2.Expected working Experience： 1 year

3.Language Skills： Japanese written and comprehension

4.Required Skills：

Well verbal and written communication

Team player

Fast learner

Self managed
