工作职责：
1、负责集团高管的日程安排，为集团高管接见访客做好预约工作
2、负责集团高管的各类文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作
3、协调各部门工作，汇总公司要求各部门递交的各类报表及签字文件
4、负责组织起草、纪录、整理集团召开的各项会议材料
5、协助做好客户的接待和电话来访工作；在相关人员缺席时,及时记录及转告客户信息
6、为集团高管翻译相关文件,完成领导所需的各类EXCEL报表及PPT文件
7、完成集团高管交付的其他家庭类事务
任职资格：
1、大学本科及以上学历，英语六级以上，中英文听说写能力良好，能熟练应用MS-OFFICE办公软件。
2、具备良好的职业素养、服务意识、沟通能力、团队精神和责任感，能承受工作压力，胜任岗位职责。
3、熟悉高管助理/秘书类工作的岗位职责和工作内容，有条不紊地完成领导交办各项工作和日常事务 。
4、性格开朗活泼，工作细致、认真，有耐心，学习能力强。
5、同等条件下，具有经理助理/秘书类工作经验者优先录用。
