职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle full set of accounts and input into SAP system

2. Manually maintain 2 sets financial statements to fulfill "local GAAP" & " IAS standard" (consolidate Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin & Harbin)

3. Assist in month end closing and prepare monthly financial / accounting schedule (including bank reconciliation)

4. Ensure all reporting deadlines are met to head office and group policy are followed

5. Monitor and control the accounts receivable and account payable functions and ensure in good control and compliance with company policy

6. Analyze the irregularity and long outstanding accounts payable

7. Execute the credit control policy and report to the manager on any long outstanding account

8. Reconcile the sales with landlord and issue VAT invoice to department store

9. Prepare seasonal inventory report (i.e. details items listing & custom duty moving report by SKU

10. Prepare payment voucher according to the payment terms for manager to process payment and issue cheques

11. Plan and arrange fund transfer of preparing application for "State

12. Administration of Foreign Exchange"

13. Responsible for tax declaration include CIT,VAT,BT

14. Attend annual inspection

Qualifications/Skills and Experience Required

1. Diploma / degree in Accounting and qualified accountant is a plus

2. 3 years related work experience gained from sizable firm and retail industry is an advantage

3. Good analytical mind, independent, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

4. Proficient in MS application and SAP knowledge

5. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
