Job Purpose
Provide technical support in order to drive sales growth within the assigned geography and verticals.
KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
- Internal & external feedback on Technical Expertise
- Time in Front of Customer (Utilization)

Key Responsibilities

DO
Work proactively with the customer to make product and architectural recommendations. Examples would include technical suitability, cost/ performance evaluation, technical trends, migration considerations, proof of concept, configuration testing, and customer application assistance.
Provide training to both internal and external customers.
Deliver post-sales support and embedded engineering activities (if applicable).
Develop engineering standards, methods, and guidelines.
Lead the exchange of best practices within industry accounts.
Promote the industry-focused applications into key accounts.
Develop and maintain solutions/demos.
Contribute to the development of marketing collaterals such as brochures, white papers and application notes in specific industries

Job related competencies
1.熟悉主流日系PLC及其软件编程（如三菱或欧姆龙中大型PLC系统等），了解三菱伺服更佳。
2.熟悉常见工业控制网络（如CC Link或FA网络通信系统以，MODBUS等其他传统网络等）。
3.了解常见以太网通讯技术，了解网关设备更佳。
4.了解常用数据库的创建及数据库相关的编程（如JAVA或VBA或NET等）。
5.有SCADA系统设计和实施经验，有项目管理经验更佳。
6.有5年以上自动化或工业信息技术相关工作背景，有轮胎或汽车行业背景更佳。
7.沟通及表达能力强，英语熟练。

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

w Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Automation is required.
w 2~3 years automation application experience in assigned industry
