JOB DUTIES

? Create and maintain customer master in SAP,
? Credit limit check and release hold sales order,
? Do billing in SAP for equipment sales and services rendering, issue official invoice for service,
? Record advance payment from customer into SAP and follow up with equipment sales and service team on unidentified advance payments, match and clear SAP AR with advance payment timely,
? Check all the delivery SO have been billed on weekly basis,
? Issue debit note to internal company, responsible for corresponding foreign currency receipts, match and clear with internal AR in SAP,
? Reconcile internal AR with counter party during monthly closing, reconcile with external customer whenever necessary,
? Prepare AR Aging report and calculate bad debt according to group policy,
? Update order status and reconcile order status report with SAP sales order,
? Update balance sheet for AR/OR/Advance payment from customer during month end closing,
? Prepare China AR aging Report and post to data base, responsible for any AR related analysis and reporting,
? Responsible for export VAT tax rebate, provide supporting documents to agency and do tax rebate voucher booking.
? Other tasks assigned by finance manager.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

? 2-3 years accounting experience,
? College degree above, majored in accounting or relevant preferred,
? Good understanding of corporate accounting,
? Reasonable command of English,
? Familiar with SAP is preferable,
? Familiar with Microsoft office, especially Excel,
? Good personality, easy to communicate, willing to take responsibility and can work under pressure,
? Logical, responsive, positive.
