任职要求：

1、精通产品和行业知识，能够提出解决方案

2、具备10人左右的销售团队管理能力

3、具备良好的沟通技巧能力，完成信息传递和团队协作

4、能够指导并协助团队成员完成项目运作，指导团队成长
