岗位职能：

1. 负责公司消防工程的项目管理、技术支持工作；根据项目施工实际情况做出总体施工计划安排，合理安排施工进度；

2.协调现场各方关系，做好技术变更签证、进度款确认、阶段验收、竣工决算、工程款回收等沟通协调工作及控制施工材料及成本等工作。

任职要求：

1. 能独立处理消防工程施工与管理过程中的问题，具有过硬的技术知识与技能，熟悉消防规范；

2. 具备较强的计划能力，组织协调能力，对项目实施各阶段之间的衔接和配和关系有深入的理解和实践；

3、具有很强的责任心，为人正直，具有良好的团队合作精神。

其他条件：

1. 持有机电专业建造师二级以上证书及机电专业工程师中级以上证书，优先录用；

2. 具有工程管理及施工现场管理经验优先。
