工作职责：

1、制定项目开发计划，识别和控制项目风险，有效控制项目开发整个过程及关键环节，做好项目质量管控；

2、负责与项目组及相关人员沟通，解决项目开发过程中遇到的风险、管理、协作等问题； 

3、掌控项目整个流程并能协调组织完成项目各阶段的文档、项目集成和项目发布等工作； 

4、负责整个公司技术团队建设和团队管理工作。

5、组织研发人员完成项目售前支持等工作。

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上java开发经验； （经验丰富者可放宽大专）

2、熟悉分布式系统的基础理论知识，对springboot、springcloude常见开发框架有深入了解； 

3、有良好的沟通及表达能力、逻辑思维强，有较强的归纳、总结和文档撰写能力； 

4、有良好的设计思维，能高效地提供安全、高性能、可扩展的技术方案； 

5、有4-10人团队管理经验，具备项目经理认证资质者优先考虑，有大型项目开发经验优先。

6、要求持有C1驾照，自带车上下班。

7、有智慧消防、智慧城市工作经验优先。

8、具有老板思维，有创业激情和希望实现自我价值者优先。
