General Accountabilities

1. Improve BV’s performance in the area of Technical know-how and competences, Technical accreditations ,Technical integrity / Quality Management / Risk management
2. Implement, update and review the BV TQR policies/measures in his Division/Zone/ Region together with the TQR Team (dedicated people, or not) 
3. Define and update the organisation dedicated to TQR Management of BV services in his Division/Zone /Region
4. Manage portfolio of licenses to operate in his Division /Zone/ Region
5. Plan and initiate internal TQR audits and coordinate external audit programs
6. Take corrective actions to make sure that BV acts fully in line with the TQR policies agreed upon
7. Plan and initiate TQR training courses in his Division/Zone/Region 
8. Lead the TQR network (exchange of practices, know-how, skills/recruitment, training)

Specific accountabilities for Quality Management 
1. Develop, guide and manage all BV Group management systems, based on corporate company guidelines , customer specifications and legal regulations
2. Monitor the Management systems and steer corrections if necessary.
3 Maintain and improve Quality performance
4 Design and maintain the Quality management system
5 Develop Customer Satisfaction management


Specific accountabilities for Technical
1. Implement Technical requirements for international services (initial and on-going training, qualifications, methodology, deliverables, supervision, mapping of competencies).
2. Contribute to the definition of Technical requirements for other services of his Division/Zone /region (cf above)

Specific accountabilities for Risk Management
1. Identify major risks that could affect the organization in its operations and profitability through continuous spanning of environment for risks prevention 
2. Contribute to offer/contract review management 
3. Offer Division/Zone/Regional network technical advice to reduce risks of new or existing missions (management of the portfolio of services)
4. Verify the full coverage of the professional risks of the activities performed in his Division/Zone /Region by Group or National insurance policies (in liaison with Legal &Compliance network)
5. Deal with claims that exist technically and juridically (in liaison with Legal & Compliance network)

？ ** Establish, implement and maintain management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO 17020, etc.) in the area of responsibility, monitor the performance of management system and continuously improve its effectiveness

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level
2. Working experience: A minimum of 8 years’ job related experience
3. Highly developed analytical skills
4. Proactive facilitator / excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
5. Normal level English skills
6. PC skills
7. ** Good health is required
