Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for merchandising and provide supports in buying functions
2. Assist in OTB planning and merchandise selection
3. Prepare merchandise planning and work closely with VM team as well as Operations team
4. Monitor the delivery schedule & shipment in timely manner
5. Co-ordinate with shops and warehouse for stock replenishment and arrange inter-shop transfers
6. Manage age stock clearance with different locations to our outlet stores
7. Analyze sales data and prepare sales reports with innovative insight for sales performance evaluation within deadlines
8. Work closely with shop staff to provide feedback on launched product
9. Prepare material and conduct product training to shop staff
10. Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

1. Degree holder with 3 years relevant experience in luxury fashion industry
2. With strong numerical and analytical sense
3. With passion in fashion is a must, fashion degree or fabric knowledge will be an advantage
4. Well-organize, hardworking, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel
6. Good command of both spoken and written English
