岗位目标：

负责人力资源规划、员工招聘与选拔、培训与发展、绩效考核、薪酬福利管理、员工关系管理，确保人力资源的有效供给

岗位职责：

1、准备，实现人力资源的计划。
2、负责建立和提升招聘系统，人员招聘和选拔。
3、建立绩效评估体系和绩效管理组织。
4、负责建立和提高工资和福利系统，薪酬管理。
5、员工的培训和发展计划，员工培训和发展的指导工作。
6、员工劳动关系管理。
7、部门管理

任职资格：

本科及以上学历；人力资源、企业管理、心理学等相关专业。
工作经验：5年以上企业人力资源管理工作经验，2年以上相关工作经验。
能力:
1、具有培育接班人的能力，建立可靠的继任计划；
2、组织设计、薪酬管理、员工关系、内部沟通等多项专业知识和经验；
3、具备复合型管理人才的知识；
4、战略性思维，做好人力资源规划的战术实施；
5、较强的分析、解决问题的能力，思路清晰，仔细考虑问题。
技能：
1、熟悉办公软件和管理软件；
2、通过大学英语四级或以上。
