3、质量体系的建立和完善。
4、部门管理。

任职资格：

本科及以上学历，理工科或管理专业
工作经验：质量和生产管理五年以上，具有职位或类似职位2年以上。
能力：结合管理人员的知识，能运用QC手法，SPC分析问题和解决问题，熟悉该系统的使用知识和能力。
技能：通用办公软件，日语或英语熟练。
