职位描述：

JOB OBJECTIVES
Responsible for the budget and final accounts, accounting supervision, financial accounting and management, to achieve the company's financial objectives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Establish and improve the financial management system, accounting system and corresponding implementation procedure.
2.Responsible for finance department's daily work, financial budget, accounting and capital operation.
3.Make recommendations and decision support for major investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions. Participate in risk assessment and tracking.
4.To train subordinates.
5.Establish and maintain relationships with finance, taxation, banking, auditing, securities and other related government departments.
6.Check the company’s business or procedure related to financial, and improve continuously.

Qualifications:
Education Level:College
Major:Accounting, finance or related major
Working Experience:With more than 10 years financial management experience in multinational enterprise or large enterprise group. Experience in cross industry finance is preferred.
Competency:

1. Comprehensive knowledge of the financial, accounting and financial management experience.
2. Understanding of national tax laws and regulations, have excellent ability of judgment, accounting project analysis and processing.
3. Understanding of international and domestic accounting standards and related financial, tax, audit regulations and policies.
4. Specializes in capital operation, with securities financing, mergers and acquisitions of practical experience, with design capabilities and successful experience of comprehensive investment and financing program.
5. Familiar with the financial rules of domestic and foreign listed company, experience in merger, reorganization and listing.
6. Good English skill is preferred.
Skill:

1. Skilled in computer office software and related management software operation.
2. Intermediate accountant or above.
