JOB OBJECTIVES:

Responsible for human resources planning, staff recruitment and selection, training and development, performance evaluation, salary and benefits administration, employee relations management, ensure efficient supply and human resources.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Preparation, implementation of HR plans.
2.Establish and improve the recruitment system, responsible for personnel recruitment and selection.
3.Establish a sound performance evaluation system and organization of corporate performance management.
4.Establish and improve the pay and benefits system, responsible for remuneration of management.
5.Organizations to develop plan for staff training and development, staff training and development of guidance work.
6.Employee labor relations management.
7.Management within the Department.

Qualifications:
Education Level:Undergraduate
Major:Human resources, enterprise administration, psychology and other related major.
Working Experience:5 Years work experience in Enterprise human resource management, 2 Years equivalent work experience.
Competency:

1. With capacity of cultivating successor, establish a credible succession plan;
2. Organization design, compensation management, employee relations, internal communications, and many other professional knowledge and experience;
3. With compound management personnel in knowledge;
4. Strategic thinking, good tactical implementation of human resources planning;
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, clear thinking, consider the issue carefully.
Skill:

1. Familiar with Office software and management software;
2. Passed CET-4 or above.
