Key Accountabilities:
Building and maintaining strong business partnerships with Business and HR team.
Contributing business perspective and internal customer requirements to the development and execution of the People Priorities in alignment with the Werfen and HR strategy
Evolving and driving the talent management focus and Rhythm of the Business (ROB) activities within the HR organization
Developing, implementing and overseeing the proactive management of various HR programs
Coaching leaders and managers to improve leadership and manager capability
Partnering with teammates and leveraging network within HR to develop and execute the broader HR people priorities to contribute to HR transformation
Guiding managers and employees in managing performance
Coaching and supporting managers in employee relations issues across Werfen China, build management capability to facilitate an open, inclusive, Werfen values-based environment that enables effective employee relations.
Ensure role is perceived as an objective employee resource and escalation path for unresolved employee relations issues.

Requirement (Capabilities, Skills, and Experiences):

Ability to manage HR Programs in a complex and matrix business environment.
Effective and strong influential communication skills
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to apply quantitative analysis to HR programmatic outcomes and regularly supplied business reports to assess opportunity for continuous improvement
Strong business acumen and people acumen, and ability to influence business leaders at an executive level
Able to plan, organize and establish priorities in a fast changing organization.
Able to build cooperative relationships and work as a team
Extensive knowledge of Human Resources and Labor Law
BS/BA degree required, MBA or an advanced degree in HR preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years directly applicable HR client facing experience working within a large MNC or similar environment
Previous experience in Life Science industry is preferred
Able to use the most common office software and corporate IT systems

 This is a high-visibility position. The ideal candidate will have a combination of senior HR Business Partner and Recruiter experience, extensive knowledge of Human Resources industry, deep understanding of local talent market and trend, with high-energy and be extremely self-motivated. 举报 分享
