职位描述：
We are currently hiring full time Academic Architects to teach classes in fields of your interests, and to supervise our students' US college applications.

Location: Shenzhen, China
Duration: Two years

Academics Architect - Two year Full-time teaching program
-- Intensive teaching experience
-- Teach small seminars in a socratic discussion style
-- Teach your subject of interest
-- Past subjects: US Politics and Election, AP Art History, English Literature, IB Psychology etc.
-- Work on a team with both Chinese and American members, and participate in thoroughly globalized, and cross-cultural communications.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:
-- Efficient preparation of education documents, lesson plans, expedition documents, individual planning documents, and effective implementation of classes, activities, and various goals
-- High sense of responsibility and ownership for students
-- Openness to feedback and empirical learning - constant improvement in teaching skills through experience and feedbacks from your clients and colleagues
-- Adaptability in a fast-moving environment
-- Maintain active communicate with different types of students
-- Ability to collaborate with team members in a multicultural environment
-- Familiarity with USA college admissions requirements. Previous experience in US college application is preferred
-- Fluency in both English and Chinese is a plus
-- Specific expertise (in hobbies and talents) is also a plus
-- Candidates from prestigious universities or liberal arts colleges
-- Salary to be discussed in person based on your experience
