职位描述：
I. Summary of Position
Support Customer Service Supervisor to operate customer service activities, responsible for processing sales orders, training samples/materials management, returns and complaints. Provide support to ensure customers’ needs are satisfied with service/products of the company.

II. Principal Accountabilities
1. Process sales orders, follow up to ensure on time delivery. Service provided may include, but are not limited to the following: General inquiry support, delivery status support, estimated goods availability date.
2. Manage training samples and materials, keep inventory records.
3. Handle customer returns, complaints and claims against damages, quality, incomplete shipments or incorrect shipments. Coordinate in internal company and give solution to customers as contact window. Arrange repairs or replacement for returned products. Maintain complaint database and documentation. Collect and analyze feedback from end-users.
4. Support marketing activities and convention preparations when needed.
5. Other duties the manager may assign.

III. Functional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
This position requires an individual with:

1. Minimum in Associates degree.
2. 2 years’ work experience, familiar with products preferred.
3. Be patient and detail follow up.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
5. Good communicating skills and positive working attitude to customer-oriented.
6. Good command of written English.
