职位描述：

Create and optimize supply base proactively.

Review and revise purchasing practices to ensure their compliance with established laws, policies, and ethical principles.

Manage sourcing project plan to ensure project OTD to realize saving target and materials supply.

Plan, organize and control sourcing activities for materials cost reduction.

Secure and analyze quotations; negotiate prices & terms with suppliers

Survey marketing for electronic/electrical/mechanical parts, multi resources and spot market.

Initiate strategy purchasing proposal for various market condition.

Purchasing contract management

Manage & develop supplier performance

Support new product launches, product improvements and changes and product rationalization.

Support other functions to solve suppliers, materials supply and quality issues to ensure materials supply and SO OTD.

Minimum Requirements Include

BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economic management, or related degree

3 years’ experience in the purchasing at least

Desired:

Background in purchasing management, SQE or Project management

Rich experience on the Mechanical parts purchased

Good interpersonal skill and Negotiation skill

Goal-oriented drive the daily work

Strong skill for analysis, solve problems

Experience being in VMI, JIT

CPSM trained
