职位描述：
1.编写测试计划、规划详细的测试方案（功能测试，集成测试，压力测试，随机测试，探索测试）、编写测试用例(自动和人工)
3.测试执行与BUG管理，跟踪BUG的处理，分析BUG的原因，提交测试报告
4.对测试中发现的问题进行详细分析和准确定位，与开发人员、实施人员进行良好的沟通，一起分析和解决各类测试过程中发现的问题
5.提出对产品的进一步改进的建议，并评估改进方案是否合理；对测试结果进行总结与统计分析，对测试进行跟踪，并提出反馈意见

任职要求：
1.计算机专业或相关专业本科以上学历，2年以上测试工作经验；
2.有一定的行业软件测试经验，熟悉BS/CS架构测试流程，热爱软件测试工作；
3.熟悉windows下的自动测试框架
4.能使用自动化测试工具QTP和性能测试工具LR，会测试工具优先
5.熟悉数据库，能编写简单sql语句
6.具备良好的逻辑分析能力、书面表达能力及人际沟通能力。
7.具有良好的文档编写能力和整理能力
