Position Title:Supply Chain Manager-Dairy AsPac
Department:Supply Chain Dept.
Position in the Organization
Reports to Commercial Director
SubordinatesSupply Chain Coordinator, Customer Service Supervisor
Peers -
Overall Responsibility/ Job Purpose
Lead the supply chain team in Shanghai office to provide good service to our customers and support the commercial team on business growth (Irish products and Cheese business). Responsible for Supply Chain improvement projects in AsPac. Working closely with American and Irish Supply Chain team to improve the communications. Workings closely with the commercial director to monitor all orders coming into the system align with the finance budget and AsPac monthly allocation.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities (not restrictive)
-Develop and leads the customer service in shanghai office supporting the commercial team to serve AsPac Dairy customers. Working with customer service team run the customer survey program (twice one year).
-Working with both American and Irish Supply Chain team to continuously improve internal communication build up same understanding, sharing more information using SharePoint or Public folders;
-Leading the supply chain improvement project in Asian. Dumex Shanghai bonded warehouse project and the Service level improvement project with US supply chain team;
-Work together with Commercial director to run the monthly forecast both on volume and price review with each area Commercial Manager to make the AsPac forecast align with finance budget and allocation for the region.
-Work closely with the Commercial Managers and Supply Chain Coordinator to monitor each order coming into the system with right price and the volume within allocation.
-Attend the monthly Supply Chain and Sales meeting with colleagues in US;
-Assist Commercial director to develop and update the monthly product indicative price list;
-Work together with the Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and update the Key Accounts price on monthly basis;
-Working closely with finance team and production planning team in US to clarify all allocation related questions; and responsible for SWAP request to Commercial Directors and planning team;
-Work together with finance people assist Commercial Director on yearly budget preparation and adjusting.
-Lead the team in Shanghai to fix the some supply chain failure emergencies to avoid unnecessary airfreight and develop the prevention plan;
-Participate in Supply Chain department KPI reporting and measurements
-Additional duties as assigned by the Dairy Commercial Director-

Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education, Training:University degree in logistic or supply chain, MBA preferred
Experience Required:Above 8 years working experience and 2 to 4 years relevant experience in supply chain / logistic management /planning position in China
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Excellent communication skills and good customer-service attitude
? Initiative, responsible, cooperative and efficient
Personality, Characteristics:Handle multi-tasks effectively and independently and work well under pressure
? Honest, team cooperation spirit, positive attitude, willing and quick to learn and sharing with the team
Language, Computer & Numeracy:Good command of English, both in written and spoken
? Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
