职位描述:
This role is responsible for leading the Greater China Operations and Supply Chain team to attain a Zero Defect culture; where every employee has a singular focus of meeting, if not surpassing, customer requirements. And where all our systems and processes are focused on prevention and designed to deliver Uniform, Reliable and Dependable product performance and services.

As a key member of the Greater China Operations and Supply Chain team and the Regional Quality Assurance team, this role is primarily a culture change champion for Quality; ensuring that Quality initiatives supports our vision and consistent with Chinese cultural values.

This role will hold Greater China Operations and Supply Chain leadership accountable for the effective implementation of Quality initiatives and programs; constantly challenging the effectiveness of our processes and systems in achieving Customer Satisfaction and business results.

This role will be a key contributor in defining the AP and Greater China Quality strategy.

This role will lead and coach site based personnel on execution and strategy alignment. He/She will share responsibility with site leadership for competency development, performance management and succession planning for the Quality team.

The GC Quality Assurance Manager reports direct line to the AP Quality and Engineering Manager.



Key Objectives:
?In consultation with the Regional team and the GC Operations and Supply Chain team, develop and implement a Quality Assurance Strategy that would create a culture of Quality, focused on delighting our customers and founded on effective processes and systems, accountability and employee engagement.
?Collaborate with the Commercial teams and meet with Customers to fully understand their needs and identify where the Operations and Supply Chain team can create value. Communicate these learnings to the Operations and Supply chain team, ensuring that appropriate plans are developed to sustainably meet the customer needs.
?Act as the lead communicator; engaging employees and other stakeholders tocommunicate our vision, highlight successes and discuss gaps, share updates of plans and receive feedback.
?Review the effectiveness of the Quality Assurance strategy and initiatives. Identify gaps and engage the appropriate member of the GC Operations and Supply Chain leadership team to develop and implement corrective actions.
?Review the skills and competency development process to ensure that we are providing employees with effective training to allow them to do their jobs properly.
?Review the effectiveness of the customer complaint process to ensure we show the customers that we care; ensure root cause analysis and corrective actions are effective by reviewing trends and repeat customer complaints.
?Conduct audits of all functions; assessing employee engagement, skills and competency and effectiveness of Systems and Processes to achieve our goal of delighting the customer and meeting business goals.
?Develop and implement a process to assess our Quality culturevis a vis our Vision.


Required Skills:


?Strong understanding of HBF’s Culture
?Strong understanding of HBF’s Manufacturing and Supply Chain Processes
?Strong understanding of Quality Assurance concepts and tools (8D Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action, SPC, etc).
?Excellent multi-level communication skills; oral, written and presentation.
?Advanced ability to identify logical or methodological inconsistency
?Strong collaborative and influencing skills.
?Strong Business Acumen
?Passion for excellence and team work
?High EQ.

Required Experience:


?BS Degree in Engineering with 3 years of Quality Assurance experience in supervisory or managerial role (a total 7 years of QA related experience); experience as a lead Quality Auditor in reputable companies is a definite advantage. Quality Auditor experience will minimize need for engineering degree.
?Demonstrated understanding of Quality Assurance principles and techniques.
?An ability to develop a holistic solutions or initiatives to drive change. Should have high EQ so that the human dimension of change is included in plans and programs.
?Effective written/oral communications with ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and with customers.
?Strong leadership, team building, influencing and mentoring skills
?Excellent Business Acumen; ability to link operational goals to business results.
?Excellent analytical skills.
?Proficient computer skills, multilingual for better communications in the region.
?Ability to travel frequently overseas as require.
