DURABILITY TEST ENGINEER-IDIADA China
Education:
- Engineering Degree with Mechanical or Automotive specialization
- A previous vocational training in automotive or electro-mechanics is an asset
Language skills:
- Fluency in English as well as in local languages (Mandarin, Cantonese)
- Additional languages (such as Spanish, German) are an asset
Main Tasks:
The objective is to prepare, execute and manage testing projects, coordinating technicians, this includes:
- To carry out durability tests in whole vehicle mainly for the validation of new engines and after treatment systems.
- To supervise that the tasks of test assistants, mechanics and drivers involved in the tests are carried out according to the proper procedures and requirements.
- To revise and analyse the data and results obtained during the tests.
- To issue technical reports and keep the communications with the customer.
Requirements:
- Passion for the automotive engineering sector.
- Ideally previous experience (5years preferable) in automotive domain, in the testing engineering area, having organised on road /proving ground tests to meet durability test requirements of the customer.
- Good technical understanding of the vehicle parts and its functionalities is a must.
- Driving license C1 is a must.
