Specific Responsibilities:
? Troubleshoot all aspects of product development and production for custom products. Must be able to effectively communicate such details to both project managers and vendors.
? Responsible for keeping project managers informed of all aspects of their project by managing expectations and clear communication
? Daily communication with sourcing executives on all aspects related to development and production of projects.

Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree
? Experience in Global Sourcing. Specific categories that BAMKO works in are cut & sew, plush, glass, printed packaging, and injection molded plastics (primarily toys). Experience in one or more of these categories is highly desired. HOWEVER, overall experience with product and the product development and/or production process is most important.
? Ability to juggle several projects at once, across several different product categories.
? Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to troubleshoot difficult projects.
? Strong analytical mind and negotiation skills
? Solid written and verbal communication skills.
? Works well in a team environment and ready and willing to help the team in any capacity needed.
? This position is permanently located in Guangzhou, China
