Responsibility
Process development of new product and preparation of the documentations related to process.
Capacity planning.,Teaching Robot.,Support to implement lean manufacturing activities.
Establishment of PPAP documents.(PFMEA,control plan,Measurement study,Process study,etc).
Compilation of process-flow-chart and working instruction.
Testing of new materials and processes as well as machine set-ups.
Continuous improvement of process.,Cooperate in the development of new manufacturing processes for future technologies
Analyze the quality problem of production line
Requirement
Bachelor or higher in Mechanics, Electronics, Automation, or equivalent
3-5 years of related working experiences in mechanical, electric or industrial engineering
Experience in the implementation of projects plastics for the automotive industry
English,MS-Office (Advanced)
6 Sigma,FMEA , SAP knowlledge (Advanced)
Plastics process setup and robot teach process (Expert)
