销售储备主管岗位职责：
1、负责公司房地产项目的开发。
2、了解和搜集同行及竞争产品的动态信息。
3、根据公司战略，完成公司下达销售业务指标。
4、向上级汇报工作及领导安排其它任务。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，年龄20——30岁，市场营销专业者优先；
2、逻辑思路清晰，工作认真负责，良好的沟通协调能力，并能够承受较强的工作压力；
3、能够独立完成销售业务，有较强的沟通谈判能力，能够适应出差。
薪资待遇：
1、薪资待遇优：底薪2200，提成销售额百分之一，五险；
2、正常3个月试用期，优秀者可以提前随时转正；
3、条件优秀立即提拔见习主管，底薪加1000；
4、按国家规定缴纳五险；
5、条件优秀者待遇可面议；
6、周末单休制。
