Job Objective:

To be responsible for Ericsson production test system development. This work must be performed in close cooperation with members of Ericsson product designers and new projects, as well as with members of Ericsson test development units that exist outside China; The developer is to research, specify, implement, verify and maintain cost efficient production test system by:

· Focusing on test SW development for Ericsson products produced in- and outside China;

· Committing project cost and time-plan targets, as well as test-coverage, test-yield and test-time targets, within the Test Development Projects

Responsibilities:

· Support Test Development Project Manager for project integration work;

· Be responsible for test SW Implementation Proposal, Design Specification and Verification Specification;

· Develop test method, test plan and test criteria;

· Support test verification in LAB and prepare test SW related documents;

· Maintain LAB equipment including regular calibration and verification;

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above of first level University

· Fluent in English/Chinese speaking and excellent in English/Chinese writing

· Good knowledge of telecommunication and measuring instrumentation

· Be familiar with C++ and C# programming languages

· Well organized and have structure thinking

· Initiative and positive personal personality
