职位描述
Position goals:
l Acting as a finance partner of Branch manager.
l Accounting documentation, Forecasting and Budgeting, HR C&B in compliance with Corporate Accounting policies.
Responsibilities:
1. Assistant to all financial accounting and internal & external financial reportings
2. Oversee the full spectrum of accounts and financial functions in cooperation with NCO (Accounting firm);
3. Coordinate with the internal and external annual auditing and tax return.
4. Be responsible for controls and compliance, and give recommendation for improvement in finance and accounting procedure and controls
5. Assistance to the forecasting & budgeting in accordance with the development of the organization and monitor the accounting and financial procedure.
6. Be responsible for the payroll and reimbursement matters
7. Be responsible for the tax and legal issue.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by responsibilities
Key Relationships within the organization:
· Sr. Finance Controller, China : For line management in finance;
· Brand Manager: Financial Officer will indirectly support Branch Manager , deal with branch’s legal, Tax and temporary projects and assist in keeping improvement in finance.
· NCO Guangzhou rep: PRC Accounting reporting
Expected Qualifications:
l Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, with 3~5 years of relevant work experiences, CPA is preferred.
l Familiar with China’s legal, statutory and accounting rules and regulations, including tax, VAT and company law
l Skillful in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Oracle experience is preferred
l Fluent in oral & written English
l Confidentiality, accuracy and integrity in all areas are essential.
Can work under pressure to meet deadline
