岗位职责
　　1. 正确进行会计核算，填制和审核会计凭证，登记明细账和总账，对款项的收付，财物的收发，增减和使用、经费收支进行核算
　　2. 对公司税收进行整体筹划与管理，按时完成税务申报以及年度审计工作
　　3. 对公司现金流日常监控及合理安排。
　　4. 与财政、税务、银行等相关政府部门及会计师事务所等相关中介机构建立并保持良好的关系
　　5．向总经理汇报公司经营状况、经营成果、财务收支及计划的具体情况，提出有益的建议。
　　6．负责定期财产清查。负责公司固定资产的财务管理，按月正确计提固定资产折旧，定期组织清产核资工作
　　7．正确计算收入、费用、成本，正确计算和处理财务成果，具体负责编制公司月度、年度财务报表
　　8．根据规定的成本，费用开支范围和标准，审核原始凭证的合法性、合理性和真实性，审核费用发生的审批手续是否符合规定
　　9、及时做好会计凭证、财册、报表等财会资料的收集、汇编、归档等会计档案管理工作
　 10、负责办公室一切行政事务包括办公用品采购等等。

素质要求
　　1. 会计、财务相关专业毕业，有财务、人事相关工作经验尤佳。
　　2. 5年以上财务实际工作经验，具有全面的财务专业知识。熟练使用金蝶软件。
　　3. 熟悉国家财税法律规范，会计准则以及相关的财务、税务、审计法规、政策；为人正直、责任心强、作风严谨、工作仔细认真；有良好的职业道德。
　　4. 有较强的语言文字能力和沟通协调能力；有良好的纪律性、团队合作以及开拓创新精神
