ACCOUNTABILITIES

-Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of quality system and procedures as directed by the Quality Manager to compliance with the AS9100C standards and customer requirements.

-Take in charge of daily quality activities support, including educates and deploys quality related flowchart / procedures to all related functions, 8D verification, and internal audit implementation.

-Assist supplier to perform root cause analysis, and follow up quality investigations and corrective actions. .

-Implementing a strategy for the ongoing use of quality tools and techniques in support of continuous process and product improvement, including providing training and individual project support as appropriate

-Updated changes of operational standards and regulatory requirement.

-College diploma or above, majoring in ME, IE or other equivalent ones.

-At least 3 Years of quality functions, and strong knowledge of AS9100 AND ISO 9000 quality system.

-2 years or above working experience on automotive or aero industry, familiar with APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC.

-Certified AS/TS/ISO internal auditor is a MUST.

-Function test /CMM operational experience is preferred. Familiar of using quality instrument is required.

-Machining and special process knowledge such as anodizing, coat plating and heat treatment is a plus.

-6 Sigma Green Belt or above is preferred.

-Good English language ability in reading, and writing.

-Microsoft skills is required.
