1. 确定工作目标，制定工作计划，做好工作安排，做好每月、季、年度的工作总结。
2. 拟定各项管理制度和管理措施，定期对各部门的工作监察协调，以检讨及改善本部门的管理水平。
3. 负责物业管理体系的正常运作，并负责跟进不合格项的处理和纠正，预防措施及跟踪。
4. 建立良好的公共关系，协调与其他部门的工作。
5. 管理处遇紧急情况及事故，须无条件回管理处处理及做好善后工作。
