1、独立完成校园招聘项目的统筹实施，以项目的客户满意度为导向；
2、负责项目在内外部的沟通，任务下达及反馈，解决项目执行过程中的突发事件；
3、制作、控制项目预算，降低项目成本；
4、提供销售支持，例如数据统计分析等；
5、协助落地执行同事完成宣讲会、笔面试等执行工作；
6、协助提供产品修改、执行流程改善意见，共同提高产品、服务竞争力。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，1年以上相关工作经验；
2、优秀的项目管理、时间管理能力；
3、良好的书面和口头表达能力；
4、强烈的团队意识和协作精神，主动性和执行力强；
5、有统筹实施大型招聘项目或会展项目经验者优先。
