Position：Export Assistant　

Job responsibility工作职责：
1.To handle export orders and pick up procedure.
2.To prepare commercial documents and other documentation;
3.To deal with quality issues and customer claims;
4.To organize shipping issues and container loadings;
5.To have more sufficient experience of export operation;
6.To make some weekly or monthly statistics export sales report;
7.To assist some import jobs.
8.To work with other internal parties like Production, Warehouse, Inspection, Financial dept, etc. and to coordinate the logistics processing in order to do logistics work successfully; To work with other external parties as Customs, CIQ, Agent, Forwarder, etc. and to coordinate the logistics processing successfully;

Qualification：
1.College degree with minimum 2 years working experience in the same or related industry;
2.Good English, coordination, and high communication skills
3.Be good at team work and communications.

职位：内/外贸助理 人数：1人
工作职责：
1.出口和国内订单的下达，审核并协助销售人员跟进订单事宜
2.出口报关、清关资料等制作，并通知国外客户开船、到港信息
3.货代的联系（如订舱，装箱计划，集卡跟催，退单等操作）
4.出口财务开票
5.协助外贸员处理客户投诉事宜
6.协助做好江苏工厂和上海总公司的工作联络和协调等工作
7.各类报表制作及发布
8.进口事务操作
9.熟悉基本的进出口操作流程，熟练出口单证、关务方面的操作
10.与公司内外部的协调工作（内部 如生产、仓储、质检、财务部等）
（外部 如海关、商检、外经贸委等，包括处理CAD/LC/FORM E/CO 等证件办理）

任职条件：
1.大学专科，至少2年以上相关工作经验
2.英语听说读写能力强，可以较为流畅的和海外客户沟通
3.有良好沟通能力和团队合作精神
4.工作态度认真，踏实，细致，有良好沟通能力和团队合作精神。沟通能力强，有强烈的责任心和服务意识
5.女性，已婚已育优先
