Essential Responsibilities

The Key Account Manager demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for assigned region. In this role you will utilize experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.- Deliver on assigned sales target;
- Identify and Develop industry KAs included Oil and Gas, Steel etc, build SWAT team to close large deals impact short/mid/ long term growth
- Promote products of MV and LV in the design institute, EPC as well as the end user;
- Identify market opportunities and establish new customers to drive sales in assigned region;
- Identify and develop industry distributor channel;
- Serve as focal point of contact between business and customer
- Provide customers updated information and related reports on the project status

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above, major in power utility, automation and electrical engineering, or relevant.
- At least 10 years sales experience with proven track record in the above-mentioned fields, 5 years above team leaders working experience
- Proven ability to sell MV/LV switchgear and component in projects
- Own account customer, long term cooperation panel builder or EPC customer resource.
- Good track record in industry customer relations and in MV/LV products sales
- Comprehensive Project management skills and experiences
- Fluent English and Mandarin both in reading, written and spoken
- Microsoft office and Power Point application in English
- Clear Thinker and Excellent presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to travel frequently in China.
