KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (include EHSS responsibilities)

? Keep the plant running with high reliability and good availability under good safety status.
? Managing, maintaining and optimization of all mechanical systems (e.g. machinery, equipments, piping) and process steps from engineering view, troubleshooting, performance monitoring and reporting
? Provide technical support to improve productivity and quality
? Investigation and analyzing the root cause of breakdown and follow up the implementation of action plan
? Optimize the plants and processes in safety, reliability and productivity
? Lead own projects or taking part actively in projects after plant start up
? Develop standard maintenance procedures
? Providing the technical training for operation people on equipment
? Minimize the overall maintenance cost in comply with the quality and safety standards
? Carry out corporate HSE requirements in the site.
? Source and identify the qualified contractors to accomplish specific maintenance or repairing jobs and respect timing and budget
? Ensure the projects have the relevant documentation available and the necessary maintenance contracts are in place
? Ensure post project handover that all documenation is maintained
? Set up the maintenance plan, prepare the related budget and respect it
? Develop standard maintenance procedures and keep them up-to-date
? Examine and approve the maintenance final accounts for the contractors
? He/she has to be part of the 24h plant's “on-call service”.
? Responsibiliy of fulfilling all actual national and regional regulation for all mech. and process equipments on the WACKER Nanjing site
? Responsibility for the execution, arrangement and preparation of changes to the processes or maintenance tasks according to the EHSS requirements of Nanjing site
? Guide and lead contractor people to follow the EHSS requirements of Nanjing site during work execution and presence on Nanjing site

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件
(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

Educational background:
? University degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering or related

Experience/Skill Requirement
? Over 5 years maintenance working experience in chemical industry plant.
? Instrument knowledge of advantage
? Basic knowledge of the mechanical principles and experience of documentation management
? Familiar with P&I diagramms and mechanical drawings
? Familiar with high pressure equipment and related design code, packaging machine and dosage pumps is prefered
? Good knowledge for chemical machinery and equipment (especially for compressors,
pumps, dosage pumps, mechanical seals and package machines/filling devices)
? Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
? Urgency of action and good team player with self and external driven spirit
? Have strong learning and independent working ability
? Problem/result oriented working creative/practical thinking
? Good safety conscious
? Good English skills required (reading, writing, speaking)
