Responsibilities:

- Improve and carry out HR recuiting process
- Fully communicate with different dept. for understanding personnel requests
- Select the most effective recruiting channel for maximizing the advantage of human resources
- Provide professional advice to managers on interview comments of candidates
- Shorten the candidate sourcing period and improve accurate hiring ratio

Requirements:

- More than three years recruiting experience in foreign company
- Working experience in industrial area is preferred
- Bachelor degree or above
- Good English listening, speaking and writing
- Familiar with micro soft
