osition: Marketing Director

Responsibilities
? Lead the Marketing division, developing marketing strategy to increase market share.
? Analyze, evaluate evolution trends both of market and competitors, define the competitive positioning of Commercial Vehicles regarding the commercial aspects (product offer, pricing policy, customer strategy, etc.);
? Carry out analyses and market research and ensure the availability of data and processing pertaining to registrations, JV and competitors market shares and the forecast and final trend of demand;
? Organize and manage the media tests, field tests for customers, clinic tests, launches of IVECO vehicles/new products worldwide
? Supporting special initiatives such as participation in events;
? Define budgets and strategic guidelines of the advertising & promotion activities for the Commercial Vehicles
? Responsible for product brand and image management, advertising strategy and media management
? Ensure the accuracy of data released in PRP system in terms of product specifications and configurations;
? Analyze the export markets and fulfill the targets for export business Export
? Monitor and manage the team, support them in their daily work and be responsible of succession planning, coaching, organizational development (structure & process) and people development (in co-ordination with HR )


Requirements
? University degree in economics, marketing, business management, or equivalent
? At least 6-8 years management experiences in automotive multinational companies
? Proven track records in market analysis, broad knowledge and understanding of truck market and good sense of business and operations
? Strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution and strong planning skills
? Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and confidence, enabling him to influence and drive multi-disciplinary teams
? Chinese Mandarin and fluent English required
