KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责

? Be responsible for the EHSS and Product Stewardship of related area and positions to ensure compliance of the company policy and regulations and national laws and related regulations.
? Support to Technical Material Management
？ Support to establish technical material management overall concept and process
？ Support to establish master data, safety stock and other information for technical material management
？ SAP system (MM model for technical material management) training and start up.
？ Technical material stock management in SAP system
？ Technical material physical controlling and stocktaking
？ Routine management of technical material warehouse
？ Regular report of inventory analyzing, forecasting and safety stock maintain for technical material
? Develop onsite logistics access control and management concept
? Assist to arrange external refilling operation and continuous optimization
? Site material flow management and process optimization continuously
? External tank farm and inbound logistics planning to ensure production goal
? Implement all material movement in SAP accurately and timely
? Continuously reduce and optimize the related cost to increase logistics service productivity
? Support to develop logistics service provider to improve service level
? Other task assigned by logistics supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件

1. Education
? Colleague degree at least;

2. Professional background.
? Minimum of 5 Years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management.
? With technical material management will be preferred.

3. Others
? Basic English in written and spoken
? MS Office
? SAP or ERP warehouse management knowledge will be preferred.

4. Other Competency
? Good communication and problem solving skill;
? Curious in learning. Self-developed and self-disciplinary.
