Position Purpose：

Provide the necessary training to enable the successful engineering and design of vehicle systems and components using the Ford C3P-NG tool suite of CATIA V5 and Teamcenter Engineering (TCe)

Responsibilities：

Responsible for the development of Asia Pacific (AP) C3PNG training.

负责制定亚太区C3PNG培训计划

Responsible for the development of the C3PNG training schedule for the Ford joint ventures in China.

负责制定中国合资公司C3PNG培训计划

Development of the training materials to fit different training requirements.

为各课程编制培训材料

Communicate and align with the applicable AP locations to ensure a consistent implementation of all training materials and schedules.

协调福特亚太区各分公司，并使各方对培训计划和内容达成一致意见

Conduct the C3PNG related trainings (Teamcenter, CAD and Release) for AP region, (Primary focus on China, Australia and India).

主持并开展C3PNG培训（Teamcenter，CAD和工程发放等课程），培训对象主要是中国、澳大利亚和印度的员工

Facilitate the centralized training facility (workstation/server/room) and manage training environment upgrades as required.

计划并维护培训中心设施（工作站、服务器等设备以及培训教室），并负责培训环境的日常升级

Qualification：

Bachelor or above in engineering related major

工程专业，本科及以上

No. of Years of Experience：5+ years

5年以上工作经验

Proficiency in Teamcenter and/or CATIA

熟练运用Teamcenter或者CATIA软件

Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Power Point

熟练运用Office Power Point软件

Engineering training or PDM experience, automotive industry preferred
工程培训相关背景或PDM软件工作经验，汽车行业优先

Experience with CAD system – CATIA V5
CAD设计软件（CATIA V5）的相关经验

Experience with Siemens PDM system – Teamcenter Engineering
西门子PDM系统（Teamcenter Engineering）的相关经验

Willing to travel
