Key Roles and Responsibilities:

The Standard and Regulation Engineer will work on automotive domestic and international standards and regulations position in Ford Electrified Powertrain Engineering.

· Complete the existing product regulatory compliance analysis and risk assessment, provide support to new product development according to regulatory compliance requirements.

· Responsible for collecting information of domestic and international standards and regulations, timely and accurately delivery the latest standards and regulatory requirements to engineers.

· Responsible for consultation and interpretation of standards and regulations, assist product engineer to have correct understanding of the content and the implementation date of standards and regulations.

· Responsible for standard directories and document system management, easy for users to obtain the latest technical and standard information.

· Monthly update and report standards and regulations information with written document.

Experience and Background Skills Desired:

· Bachelor degree or above (in automotive, electrical and electronics, automation, mechatronics, electrochemical and other related professionals) · Automotive industry working experience · Familiar with domestic and international automotive standards and regulations is preferred · Familiar with automotive homologation requirements and test, is preferred · Knowledge of new energy vehicles · Good communication skills, includes in English. · Willing to trip in domestic and oversea
