Position objective:

• This position is accountable for overall shift management including production, material, personnel etc. 对本班组的全面管理，包括生产，材料及人员调配等方面。

Major accountabilities:

• Overall be responsible for safety, production, quality of shift work. According to production plan, work out the job assignments and lead the team to finish production target on time with good quality. 全面负责本班的安全、生产、质量工作。根据生产计划，合理组织安排生产，带领本班组保质保量按时完成公司下达的生产任务。
• Be responsible for coordination and control in the process of production, to ensure the production running smoothly. 及时协调生产过程中的各项工作，对生产过程进行管控，确保生产工作顺利进行。
• Supervise and monitor operators to work according to the work instruction and operation standards. 检查、监督操作工按照工艺要求和标准作业指导书要求生产。
• Be assure of team members strictly obey the working standard program in using production equipment. 监督班组严格按照操作规范程序安全地使用生产设备。
• Be assistant to handle the fault of equipment to maximize production efficiency. 协助处理设备故障，确保生产效率最大化。
• Strictly implement production safety regulation, be responsible for handling all kinds of emergencies and daily affairs during the working time. 严格执行安全生产管理制度，负责处理当班生产过程中各类突发事件和日常事务。
• In charge of team members skill training and the evaluation of training effectiveness, to improve technical skill step by step. 负责班组员工的技能培训，并对培训效果进行评估考核，不断提高班组人员的技术业务水平。
• Implement the safety training for team members regularly, enhance the awareness of production safety, ensure the safety of team member and equipment in normal operation. 定期对本班人员进行安全教育，提高班组成员安全意识，确保生产期间当班人员安全及设备正常运转。
• Take the role of leadership to keep good communication with team members, make proper job arrangement and raise the team members' passion. 做好当班人员的思想工作，合理调配本班人员，充分调动班组人员的工作热情；做好班组基层人员的信息沟通与交流。
• Carefully fill in all kinds of production records for shift work handover.做好交接班工作，认真填写好各种生产纪录.
• Positively participant in 5S, TPM, CIM activities and proposals.积极推行5S，TPM，持续改进等各项活动，积极提出合理化建议。
• Perform other tasks assigned by the superior. 完成主管交代的其它任务。

Qualification requirements:

• Vocational school/college degree, more than two years relevant working experience in production management, can adapt to shift work. 高职或大专学历，两年以上相关生产管理工作经验，能够适应倒班工作。
• Work with safety awareness, strong sense of responsibility, quality and team spirit. 具有安全意识，工作责任心，质量意识及团队合作精神。
• Operation, commissioning, programming, able to independently solve the problem of machining technology. 能够独立解决装配线技术问题。
• Have certain knowledge of computer, proficient in office software. 有一定的计算机知识，熟练办公软件使用。Work experience in assembly line of Automotive industry, with good English skill is preferred. 有汽车零部件行业装配工作经验，有良好英语技能优先。
