• Research, specify, implement, verify and improve Test-Methods for Production Test Solution for Ericsson telecommunication devices (GSM, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, LTE, IP, Optical&Broadband);
• Research, specify, implement, verify and improve Test Mechanical Solutions with the aim to automate the test-methods mentioned above, such as test cabinet, test fixture, customized connectors;
• Learn product knowledge in PTD project and feedback to product design for DfT (Design for Test) issues, by focusing on test mechanical impact, such as test interface, PBA layout, cable, mechanical dimension & weight, thermal, etc
• Be responsible for technical specification for test mechanical parts outsourcing design and/or manufacturing, and ensure technical quality by close communication with suppliers;
• To be responsible for mechanical parts in CE/EMC test;
• Improve test system performance from test HW view, by focusing on test yield, test time, stability and reliability;

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation or equivalent;
• Basic knowledge of telecommunication systems (GSM, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, LTE, IP, Optical & Broadband, etc);
• Good knowledge and experience with Mechanical development, including material, design, manufacturing process, surface treatment, documentation, etc;
• Good knowledge with Mechanical development environment, such as AutoCAD, Pro/Engineer;
• Basic knowledge of telecommunication measurement instruments;
• Good Knowledge of EMC/EMI from Mechanical design;
• Skilled in using MS Windows 2000/Vista, MS Office;
• Good problem analysis and solving skills;
• Good communication skills and social ability, being a team player;
• Be flexible, enthusiastic, creative and pro-active;
• Fluent in English speaking, understanding writing and reading;
• Could travel domestic and abroad
