Designer:
·BS/MS degree in Computer Science/Communication/Electrical Engineering or related courses.
·2+ years’ experience in software design of telecom system.
·Strong programming skills in the languages such as Assembly, C/C++, ERLANG, Python, PERL
·Knowledge of baseband handling and DSP development is preferred.
·Good Real-time OS environment (OSE, VxWorks, Linux, etc.) knowledge.
·Experience in Unix, Linux operating systems.
·Good wireless telecommunication knowledge.
·Experience on Clear Case or other version control tool.
·Knowledge on test strategy and theory
·Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
·Open mind and innovative mindset.
·Ability to work in teams but also ability to take initiative and work independently.

Tester:
·BS/MS degree in Communication/Electrical Engineering or related courses.
·2+ years’ related experience in system level testing.
·Strong hands on skill
·Knowledge of configuration management and experience on Clear Case /other version control tool.
·Good wireless telecommunication knowledge.
·Knowledge on test strategy and theory
·Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
·Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
·Open mind and innovative mindset.
·Ability to work in teams but also ability to take initiative and work independently.
