We are looking for persons who want to work with SW development and maintenance of Ericsson Base Station products. We are mainly focus on control software of Radio units in the base stations.

We work in teams and typical tasks are:

· To understand the system design and write documentation for software design
· To make coding based on software design
· To develop and run design level tests and function tests on target
· To handle trouble report from function verification team as well as external customer

Qualifications:

· BS/MS degree in Computer Science/Communication/Electrical Engineering or related courses.
· 2+ years experience in software design of telecom system.
· Strong skills in one or many languages such as C, C++ ERLANG, Python, PERL
· Good Real-time OS environment (OSE, VxWorks, Linux, etc.) knowledge.
· Experience in Unix, Linux operating systems.
· Good wireless telecommunication knowledge.
· Strong system / feature analysis and documentation skills.
· Knowledge on test strategy and theory
· Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
· Familiar with configuration management and experience on Clear Case /other version control tool.
· Open mind and innovative mindset. Ability to work in teams but also ability to take initiative and work independently when needed .
· Being flexible, decisive and self-motivated with the drive to solve problems and expand knowledge.
