A world-leading automotive company is recruiting a Regional QA Manager in Suzhou to support a large, complex business unit within AP.

As a Regional QA Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction on quality system improvement and execution, quality team development, quality crisis prevention and handling.

Key Responsibilities include:
participating the regional strategy setting and monitoring the execution
offering guidance to QA team in each country to develop and strengthen solid cooperative relationship with operation
identifying right Quality performance KPI for the region and track the trend on regular basis
leading local team to handle quality crisis with key clients and follow up corrective action plan

Key Requirements include:
B.S. degree on material science or other engineering major
over ten years’ quality management experience on management position with multi-site management experience over four years
good analytical, interpersonal and communication & training skills
proficient in Chinese and English
