Job Description:

-Be responsible for designing HR plan and strategy, including corporate culture and organizational development to fit company business strategy;

-Develop and implement HR policies, processes and procedures including staffing and talent retention, training and development, competitive C&B policies, performance management, and other HR relating issues;

-Be initiative and coach to further develop the working environment from which both of employees and the company can benefit ;

-Lead HR and Administration department and develop team members, in order to provide the best service for the company;

-Manage and coordinate the public relations with the governmental organizations;

-Any other tasks assigned by GM

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above in administration and /or HR management;

-8+ years HR working experience, 3+ years experience with HR management in a manufacturing company;

-Responsible, honest , initiative and proactive;

-Strong Communication skills;

-Good interpersonal and management skills, as well as a good team player;

-Good spoken and written English.
