职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

To support the General Manager, Project Leader and Quality Manager by planning, documentation and implementation of business processes within the new production plant in Nanjing. To ensure the interfaces to the people, the Quality Management System (QMS) as well as supporting IT tools (e.g. Enterprise Resource System / SAP)

Key responsibilities

l Identify and prioritize the essential needed business processes for the new plant

l Copy, transfer and adapt these processes from the ZFLS headquarter and other Chinese ZFLS plants to the new plant.

l Support the documentation and visualization of the processes for the roll out

l Conduct the process roll-out incl. people training and system interfaces (e.g. databases and SAP). Be responsible that the implemented processes run effective and efficient incl. the installation and monitoring of process performance indicators.

l Continuously improvement of implemented processes

l Support the implementation and roll-out of the entire Quality Management System (QMS) of the new plant

职位任职条件 Basic Requirements

工作经历

Working experience

Minimum 3 years experience in the field of business process creation, documentation roll-out and / or improvement. Project Management and process management experience

教育水平

Education

Bachelor degree or above in the area of management, industrial or economic engineering. Background with MBA is preferred

英语水平

English

Very good communication skills in English

德语水平

German

Master communication skill in German is preferred

计算机应用水平Computer

Microsoft Office, Experiences with ERP systems (especially SAP) prefered

l Have some financial background with sales, personal cost, cost center, material cost etc.
