岗位职责

1. To oversee the administration and daily operation of the Center to ensure the highest level of quality services and patient safety and satisfactiom.

2. Bachelor’s college degree or above, medical or healthcare focus preferred.

3. Preference given to candidates with graduate work in healthcare administration, business administration, finance or medical fields.

4. 3 to 5 years working in clinic or hospital setting in managerial role

5. Lead the center’s setting up work incl. assuming a leading role in budgeting, recruiting, process planning and implementation, etc.

6. Work closely with the CMO, head nursing, the partner, and other staff to assure smooth clinic workflow and operations

7. Serve as a liaison between United Family Hospital and the partner on coordinating cooperation issues, report on behalf of the Center to the Cooperation Committee on the operation and development plan

8. Develop strategic business plan as well as budget for the Center, monitor the Center’s productivities and ensure the financial performance of the Center meets the budget

9. Ensure the Center’s quality of services meet the standards of United Family Hosital

10. Achieve other goals set by the Cooperation Committee

11. Work with Marketing in service line development and promotion.

12. Train, orient, schedule and supervise clerical staff, in charge of work assignment and daily operations and staff development.

13. Resolve problems in clinics and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards as defined by corporate and JCI or other current accreditation or quality standard.

14. Assist in nursing and clerical staff’s performance evaluation and staff counseling.

15. Participate in professional development activities to keep current with outpatient healthcare trends practices.

2. Able to organize work to achieve clinic goals and objectives

3. Able to analyze and interpret complex date, research and prepare comprehensive reports Able to monitor quality control standards

4. Able to communicate clearly in excellent written and oral English and Mandarin Chinese

5. Healthcare administration and clinic philosophy, policies and operating procedures.

6. Fiscal management systems and techniques

7. Human resource management practices including supervision and staff development

8. Governmental regulations and insurance needs, including reimbursement requirements

9. Computer systems and applications
