This famous German automotive components manufacturer is looking for a experienced Tooling Supervisor to join their expanding business in Taicang.

Key Responsibilities:
? production performance is strongly linked to availability and quality of tools maintained. the Tooling Supervisor has to put this focus on that topic a lot to ensure high level tool maintenance and excellent tool preparation for production area
? the Tooling Supervisor is responsible for the construction of all tools needed in the company, e.g.tools for stamping, stamped-bent parts, spiral springs, wire springs and others
? the Tooling Supervisor is responsible for the information flow in the whole tool shop ;the Tooling Supervisor has to analyze/arrange/apply for all necessary training in his department
? the Tooling Supervisor has to check the condition of all machines and to arrange periodical maintenance, repair or replacement to keep the tool shop always fully workable
? the tool shop department has to support production, engineering and tool design in problem solving and in finding tool based failure preventing solutions
? cleanness to be guaranteed on high level representing our high level of tool quality, daily/weekly/monthly cleaning activities to be organized
? all requested statistics have to be made
? tool production schedule has to be made and followed up
? continuous improvements of all tools to be organized
? all safety regulations have to be followed by all tool shop employees

Key Requirements:
? bachelor degree in mechanical engineering; very good English, fluency in both(spoken and written).
? at least five years mould tooling making experience plus two years above management position.
? good communicating skills.
? very deep understanding about mould making process and the industry, be able to estimate tool cost with the assistance of necessary software.
? know the stamping machine (incl. mormal stamping and fineblanking stamping)
? know the tooling design
? loyalty, commitment and ability to cope with pressure.
? self-confidence, innovative, creative thinking.
? high focus on realization of targets and marketing concepts.
? high accuracy and preciseness in interpreting and dealing with projects.
? know the stamping machine (incl. mormal stamping and fineblanking stamping)
? know the tooling design
? be a good team player (able to work in a team)
? can read and understand technical drawing
? strucure work
? know the 3d measure techinic and have quality control in tooling construction
? have management (leadership) ability
