职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 执行总裁的具体指示，协助总裁处理日常事务；
2、 为总裁提供日程管理，安排会客、会议等工作的相关事宜；
3、 总裁出席会议、重要场合的发言、报告、文件的起草；
4、 协助总裁进行客户接待、公关、谈判、参加会展等工作，有需要时需陪同出差；
5、 协助总裁进行指令的传达与协调；
6、 配合总裁处理外部公共关系（政府、重要客户等）；
7、 协助总裁进行文件的分类整理与汇总，为总裁做工作决策提供必要的资料与信息；
8、 做到对公司和总裁的商业机密，包括日程安排、机密文件、商业会谈内容等进行保密；
9、 完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、 管理相关专业本科以上学历；
2、 受过会务组织、公文撰写、行政管理、项目管理、商务谈判等方面的培训者优先；
3、 2年以上相关职位工作经验；
4、 良好的中英文口语、阅读和写作能力；
5、 知识面宽，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；
6、 工作条理性、责任心强，有良好的组织安排能力和协调沟通能力；
7、 具备良好的职业形象、社交礼仪，出色的人际交往和社会活动能力；
8、 熟练使用各种办公软件。
