职位描述：
1.建立并完善内部财务制度、体系流程及贯彻实施：
领导财务部门人员认真贯彻国家财经法律和政策，遵守会计法规，严格按照本企业会计制度加强会计核算；并领导、督促企业人员贯彻执行会计制度；
2.定期做成本分析：
组织有关部门和会计岗位人员按期汇集、计算和分析成本控制情况，加强成本控制和管理，向高层提出成本控制分析报告和成本计划；
3.定期做好全面预算管理：
开展全面预算管理，严格控制财务收支；监控公司重大投资项目，以确保未经批准的项目不实施，批准的项目在预算范围内进行并在控制之中；
4.确保财产物资的合理利用：
督促、检查公司固定资产、低值易耗品、物料用品等财产物资的使用、保管情况，注意发现和处理财产物资管理中存在的问题，确保公司财产物资的合理使用和安全管理；
5.提供公司财务数据分析报告；
6.负责部门日常工作管理；
7.组织其他部门财务培训工作；
岗位要求：
1.财会、金融、经济、管理等相关专业本科以上学历，年龄33-45岁；
2.8年以上企业财务工作经验，其中3年以上工业企业财务经理工作经验及团队管理经验；跨国公司或合资企业工作经验者优先；
3.熟悉各项财税法规、财务计划、财务成本分析、财务预算、成本核算、审计、税收、融资等高级财务管理工作；
4.具备建立财务管理体系、编制财务预算与控制成本费用的能力；熟悉生产型企业财务管理及进出口贸易优先；
5.较强沟通组织协调能力、人际交往能力、计划与执行能力；
6.具备良好的团队合作精神；具有较强的工作热情和责任感。
